The challenge
Due the increasing high demand for Seabreeze products and services, they had to recently expand their manufacturing capability with a state-of-the-art CNC Edgebander.
In August 2016, Seabreeze contacted Pilot Air with a brief for high quality clean/dry air to supply the new CNC Edgebander and expanding production area.

The solution and outcome
Pilot Air conducted a review of the operation, including air consumption requirements now and into the future, power supply infrastructure, peak/low demand periods and recommended a Pilot Air Variable Speed (VS) Rotary Screw Compressor complete with refrigerated dryer, receiver and filter pack.
This flexible package allowed for growth in the future while the VS drive delivers to current requirements, saving money due to the lower power consumption.
The matched dryer/filter pack ensures high quality clean and dry air, great for maximising performance of all pneumatic systems and minimising their required maintenance.
Seabreeze has reported back their delight with the compressed air package, which is delivering the performance as promised.
