Ideal for workshops and factories, the K30 and K50 horizontal 3-phase reciprocating air compressors are perfect for pneumatic uses such as impact drivers, screwdrivers, scalers and other power tools.
Suitable for workplace use with an air receiver to AS1210, these systems come with a three-year compressor pump warranty and an energy-efficient MEPS approved electric motor, to reduce energy costs.
K-pump key features
Built with high performance and heavy-duty componentry, the Pilot K30 and K50 horizontal 3-phase reciprocating air compressors feature a twin cast iron cylinder and the Italian made K-pump to ensure reliability and longevity.
The Classic ‘K’ Series pump features top-of-the-line componentry, which includes high quality ball bearings to ensure continuous service in all working conditions. The crankshaft is balanced with electronic equipment, which ensures low vibration, while the connecting rod engages low friction bushes to enable high efficiency and reduced wear.
Additionally, the profile of the flywheel blades is designed to promote high cooling, while the cast-iron cylinders are strong and reliable, with special machining ensuring low oil consumption.
The crankcase also features a high capacity oil reservoir for extra oil life and lubrication, while internal resin paint protects against oil losses. Thick casting ensures low vibration.
