The NGS 22 VS is designed for demanding industrial applications that require high volumes of compressed air. It is well-suited for manufacturing facilities, production lines, and workshops that run multiple heavy-duty tools or an entire site air network simultaneously.

Despite delivering up to 60 L/s at 8 bar, the NGS 22 VS remains energy-conscious thanks to its intelligent variable-speed drive. The inverter adjusts motor speed in real-time to match air demand, reducing unnecessary power consumption and lowering operating costs when full capacity isn’t required.

The compressor features a larger, slower-speed air end that produces high airflow with less mechanical strain. Combined with advanced sound-damping materials and a silenced intake system, this design keeps noise levels to around 68 dB(A), which is remarkably quiet for a 22 kW industrial compressor.

An oversized aftercooler and thermostatically controlled cooling fan maintain stable operating temperatures, even under continuous use. This efficient heat management protects internal components and helps deliver cooler, drier compressed air to downstream equipment.

The integrated intelligent controller continuously monitors operating conditions and can automatically restart the compressor in the event of a power outage. Easy-access service panels, a clear oil level gauge and a two-piece drive coupling make routine maintenance faster and help minimise downtime.
